Refund policy
At Casa Talavera Imports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
Personalized or customized products
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
